Use Vayiq to create responsibly, with approval before anything publishes.
These terms describe the basic rules for using Vayiq. They are written plainly so customers and platform reviewers can understand how the product is meant to operate.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
What Vayiq provides
- AI-assisted content planning, drafting, repurposing, scheduling suggestions, and performance-learning workflows.
- Brand Brain memory that helps the product write and plan in the user's approved voice.
- Connections to supported platforms only after the user authorizes the requested scopes.
- Export-first workflows such as copy, CSV, calendar, and future Canva/media integrations.
User responsibilities
- You must own or have permission to use the content, footage, trademarks, logos, and account data you upload or connect.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using, publishing, or exporting it.
- You may not use Vayiq to violate platform terms, scrape private data, impersonate others, or publish deceptive or unlawful content.
- You must keep account credentials secure and promptly disconnect accounts you no longer want Vayiq to access.
Publishing and approvals
Vayiq is designed as an approval-based copilot. Direct publishing, when enabled, must require an explicit user action and must respect each platform's quotas, review requirements, scopes, and content policies.
Billing and Sparks
Text generation is currently intended to remain free within fair-use limits. Media, rendering, posting, or other higher-cost actions may use Sparks after a visible cost preview. Paid billing features require active Stripe configuration and may change before public launch.
Service changes
Vayiq is in active development. Features, supported platforms, limits, and pricing may change as platform APIs, review requirements, provider costs, and safety requirements evolve.
