Your content, accounts, and strategy stay under your control.

Data we collect

• Account and workspace details such as email, organization name, role, plan, and billing status.
• Brand Brain data you provide or approve, including voice, audience, offers, content pillars, goals, and manual performance notes.
• Connected-account metadata such as platform, handle, scopes, token expiry, and connection status.
• Content you create or import, including prompts, drafts, captions, campaign plans, schedules, and approved assets.
• Usage and security logs needed for rate limits, abuse prevention, debugging, and product reliability.

How we use data

• To personalize content ideas, scripts, carousels, thumbnails, campaign plans, and dashboards.
• To show analytics and insights only for the workspace authorized to view them.
• To connect to approved platform APIs with the minimum scopes needed for the feature you enable.
• To protect Vayiq from abuse, enforce durable model-spend limits, and keep audit trails for sensitive actions.
• To improve product quality using aggregated, non-sensitive operational signals. We do not sell customer content or connected-account tokens.

AI processing

Some features send prompts, content, or selected account context to AI providers to generate drafts or analysis. We design prompts to use only the data needed for the requested output, label generated content honestly, and keep publishing approval in the user's hands.

Connected accounts and tokens

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side only and encrypted before storage. Tokens are never stored in browser localStorage. Users can disconnect accounts, and future production controls should revoke provider access where the platform supports it.

Retention

Workspace content is retained while the account is active so the Brand Brain can keep learning. Deletion requests are processed as described on the Data Deletion page, subject to security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal retention obligations.
