Data deletion

Delete your Vayiq workspace data or disconnect platform access.

This page gives users and platform reviewers a clear deletion path for Vayiq data, connected account access, and content stored in a workspace.

Request deletion

  • Email privacy@vayiq.com from the email address associated with your Vayiq account.
  • Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
  • Include the workspace name and the platforms you want disconnected, if any.
  • We may ask for verification before deleting account or workspace data to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What deletion covers

  • Workspace profile, Brand Brain data, campaigns, drafts, content pieces, imported content metadata, and manual learning marks.
  • Encrypted OAuth tokens and connected-account records stored by Vayiq.
  • Generated content and exports stored inside the Vayiq workspace.

What may remain temporarily

  • Security, billing, abuse-prevention, backup, or legal records that must be retained for a limited time.
  • Data already exported by the user to external tools such as Google Calendar, Sheets, Canva, schedulers, or social platforms.
  • Aggregated product metrics that do not identify an individual user or workspace.

Connected platforms

Disconnecting a platform inside Vayiq should remove Vayiq's stored connection data. You can also revoke Vayiq directly from the platform account's app/security settings where the platform provides that control.
